Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Quick answers to common questions about billing, architecture, and deployment. For technical implementation and API references, please refer to our Documentation. If your question is not covered here, contact our engineering support team via live chat or email.

What products are available?

We provide three categories of cloud-native tools:

  • Managed APIs: High-concurrency REST endpoints for data extraction (OCR, Web Scraping), utility (URL shortening, QR codes), and validation.
  • Serverless Frameworks: Managed runtimes for executing Selenium, Puppeteer, and Playwright scripts on AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
  • IaaS & VM Images: Hardened, preconfigured machine images (AMI/VHD) for browser automation nodes, Linux GUI desktops, and self-hosted applications.

How do I subscribe?

All products are managed through the AWS and Azure Marketplaces. We do not offer direct account registration on our website. To get started, click the marketplace link on any product page and subscribe using your existing cloud account credentials.

What is the pricing model?

We use a strictly consumption-based model:

  • APIs: Pay-per-request.
  • VM Images: Pay-per-hour of compute.
  • Self-Hosted Apps: Flat annual fee or usage-based, depending on the product.

There are no upfront costs, monthly minimums, or long-term contracts. All charges appear as native line items on your monthly AWS or Azure invoice.

How is your software delivered?

  • Hosted APIs (SaaS): Upon marketplace subscription, you receive a unique API key to authenticate your requests.
  • Infrastructure (IaaS): We provide Machine Images (AMIs/VHDs) and CloudFormation/ARM templates. These allow you to provision resources directly into your own VPC and account boundary.
